At Sea Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted recycled sail cloth items. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 7-10 business days.
